Like many Charter Communications customers, I use their bundling services to save money. I like having one bill to pay, and the fact that it is low helps too. If you sign up online for one or all of their services, (Cable, High Speed Internet or Telephone) you will automatically be entered into the drawing. They are also on Twitter (@chartercom) in order to ascertain better ways of helping and connecting to their customers in order to build better customer care around their products. Charter has had a bad reputation in the past, and is working hard on changing that perception.
