DotcomKari Guest Christmas Post

I want to give a shout out to my friend Kari at DotcomKari.  She emailed over a picture and link to her Christmas post.  I copied a small section of her post to share with everyone, but you need to click over to her website to read the whole thing.  She also has some great Christmas pictures in her post.

I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas. My family celebrates Christmas on Christmas Eve. It is a big event for my mother’s side of the family. We always get together at my grandparents house and celebrate with the whole extended family, all my cousins, aunts and uncles and their families. This year my grandmother held Christmas Eve at noon.

The kids dressed up all fancy in their Christmas clothes. It is one of the few times of the year they truly get really fancy. Kai was quite stubborn and did not want to put on his fancy dress shirt and sweater. He wanted to wear one of his favorite jerseys. He has gotten very particular lately on what clothes he wants to wear. He chooses what he wants to wear and that is it, no ands ifs or ors about it. Fight him and melt down city happens. Since it is Christmas break I have been a bad mom and have given in a lot more then I should, I know bad mommy. Kai wore the same pair of windbreaker pants three days in a roll because he said they were so comfy. *sigh* Sometimes it is easier just to give in.
